We use tiered pricing to reward our early collectors. By increasing the price as the edition sells through, we protect the value of the investment for those who bought in first, ensuring that as the availability of a piece decreases, its market value naturally reflects that scarcity.

The next price tier is released sequentially. Once the final print in the current tier is sold, the next allocation is made available at the updated price point. This ensures a transparent and fair process for all collectors.

We utilize a tiered pricing structure, a standard practice in the fine art world designed to reflect the market value of a limited edition. As the edition sells through and availability diminishes, the price increases. This model protects the investment of our early collectors and ensures the artwork’s price accurately represents its increasing rarity.

Each edition is printed at a fixed size. We currently offer the following dimensions (all measurements in inches):
Square: 20” × 20”
Landscape: 24” × 16”
Portrait: 16” × 24”
Note: Orientation is specific to the individual artwork and cannot be changed.

To provide these items without production limits during their release, we utilize a made-to-order process. Since each piece is handled individually by our service provider, we use a consistent flat-pricing model instead of tiered pricing.

To keep our focus on exceptional print quality and limited edition exclusivity, we do not maintain a physical retail space. Operating as an online-only studio allows us to ship directly to your door and maintain a high standard of personal service for every order, no matter where in the world you are located.

While we don’t offer phone support, we are highly responsive via our contact form. Communicating digitally allows our small team to review your order details thoroughly before we reply, ensuring you get the best help possible.

Returns & Refunds
Because our prints are either limited in number or custom-produced to order, each piece is handled with extreme care.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind. Please review all product details and images carefully before purchasing.
Framed & Print-on-Demand Items: These pieces are manufactured individually via our service partners. As these are not stocked items, all sales are final.
Return Window: Any issues with any order must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Damaged in Transit
We insure all shipments. If your package arrives damaged:
Do not discard the packaging! Take clear photos of the outside of the box and the damage to the item.
Contact us immediately at help@indulgentars.com with your order number and photos.
Resolution:
Limited Edition Prints: We will either issue a full refund or, if possible, arrange for a replacement. We require the damaged print to be returned and destroyed to protect the integrity of the limited edition.
Framed & Print-on-Demand: If your item arrives with structural or print defects, we will facilitate a replacement through our production partners. Please note that we may require the damaged framed item to be returned to us or our partner prior to processing the replacement.
Shipping & Handling
Returns (if approved) must be sent in the original packaging.
The collector is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is insured for its full value during transit.
